Grown on a fourth-generation family farm in Nicaragua, this premium Caturra Arabica is sourced from select micro-lots at 4,000 feet, where it is shade grown, hand harvested, European prepared, and naturally dried.

Our medium roast allows the natural character of the Caturra varietal to shine, bringing forward its rich sweetness, gentle citrus acidity, and pleasant cacao notes. The result is a smooth, well-balanced cup with a touch of brightness and a naturally sweet, clean finish.
