We source thoughtfully, roast with precision, and create coffee that connects — whether it’s a bag of freshly roasted single origin beans for your home brew or a ready-to-drink bottle crafted for the road.
From the farms we source from to the cups in your hands, every step is intentional. Because for us, coffee isn’t just a drink — it’s a journey.

We locally roast single-origin beans sourced globally, creating a map of flavors that brings people together in every cup. Just as topography tells the story of the land, our coffee tells the story of craftsmanship, culture, and community. Are your coffee beans flavored?

Our coffee is never artificially flavored — its tasting notes come naturally from the bean’s origin, roast, and process. A reflection of its character, not an added flavor.

Where are your drinks made?

All of our ready-to-drink lattes, matchas, and cold brews are handcrafted in a private residence kitchen located in Rhome, TX under the Texas Cottage Law.

Do your drinks need to be refrigerated?

Yes! Our drinks are made fresh and must be kept refrigerated at all times to maintain quality and safety.

How long do your ready-to-drink bottles last?

Our crafted espresso and matcha lattes are made with simple, quality ingredients —
no preservatives, just pure flavor.

Shelf Life: Espresso and matcha lattes are best enjoyed
within 5–7 days when kept refrigerated. Cold brew is best within 10-12 days.

After Opening: Sip within 2–3 days for peak freshness.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

At this time, we primarily offer local pickup only in Rhome, TX, or at select pop-up events. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook @237roasters for upcoming locations and markets.

Do you accept custom orders or bulk requests?

Yes! We love working with customers on event or wholesale orders. Send us a message with your request, and we’ll provide details on minimum quantities, pricing, and lead time.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final since products are made fresh to order. However, if there’s ever an issue with your drink or beans, please reach out within 24 hours — we’ll make it right.

Do your drinks contain allergens?

Most drinks contain milk, and while we do our best to avoid cross-contact, they are prepared in a kitchen that may handle nuts and other allergens.

Are your ingredients natural?

Yes! We use high-quality Arabica coffee, Ceremonial matcha, pure cane sugar, and simple ingredients to craft every bottle — no artificial flavors or preservatives.
